PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To induce a user to take power saving action and also enable the user to get a benefit.SOLUTION: A server at a credit card company acquires a power consumption amount at a home of a user and stores the power consumption amount as home power supply information. When the user purchases commodities or service by using a card, the server acquires purchase information including a purchase-date and a purchase location and stores the purchase information as the a purchase history. The server estimates behavior about purchasing using the card of the user for each day on the basis of the purchase history and stores the behavior as a user's behavior record. The server at a credit card company evaluates a power saving amount at the home and the purchasing behavior using the card of the user on the basis of the home power supply information and the user's behaviors record, and determines an incentive to be given to the user according to the evaluation. During this evaluation, a facility and a location where the user purchased using the card and travelling means from the home to the facility and the location may be included.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
