PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air cleaner capable of suppressing partial deterioration of collection performance of a filter.SOLUTION: The air cleaner, which takes in air generated from a fixing device and discharges the taken-in air outside through a filter 904, comprises: an air duct 902 that has an outlet 902B facing a part of a main surface of the filter 904, and guides the air taken in from an inlet 902A toward the part of the main surface of the filter 904; discharge means 901 for causing the air to be taken in from the inlet 902A and to pass through the filter 904; and a flow dispersion member 903C that is interposed between the outlet 902B and the filter 904, and changes a direction of flow of the air sent to the outlet 902B so as to disperse the air to regions of the main surface of the filter 904 other than a region facing the outlet 902B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10 |
