The present invention relates to an organic electrolyte which includes a lithium salt, an organic solvent, a disultone-based compound represented by chemical formula 1, and a silicon-based compound represented by chemical formula 2. Also, provided is a lithium battery including the organic electrolyte. According to the present invention, the organic electrolyte can improve life span properties and high-temperature stability of the lithium battery. |
