The present invention relates to a retractor for a minimal invasive surgery, wherein the retractor is inserted through a pin stuck in the pedicle of a backbone while being folded. The retractor comprises: a cylindrical frame inserted through a pin while accommodating the pin therein; and two blades, each of which has one side coupled with the outer circumferential surface of the cylindrical frame to be rotated, wherein the blades are spread by being rotated in opposite directions to each other around the cylindrical frame as an axis. According to the present invention, separate dilators are not needed, and the retractor is inserted and spread in the body of a patient at once, so damage to muscle can be minimized and surgery time can be reduced. Folded blades are inserted in the body of a patient and are then spread to be immobilized and fixed at a particular angle, so the blades can stably form an opening. |
