PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recognize the outer shape of a fence for indoor use even in the dark.SOLUTION: Luminous material-containing members 121 to 125 are arranged on each position where the outer shape of a fence 100 for indoor use (baby fence) can be recognized.
