PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To retrieve keywords extracted from instant messages through interaction of a terminal user.SOLUTION: A terminal for retrieving keywords through interaction extracts, when receiving an interaction of a user in a chat window in which a chat room including one or more instant messages is displayed, one or more keywords from the one or more instant messages included in the chat room in response to the interaction; and provides a retrieval page in which the extracted keywords are displayed. The terminal provides, when receiving an input for selecting any one of the keywords displayed on the retrieval page from the user, a retrieval result page in which a retrieval result corresponding to the selected keyword is displayed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 |
