PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyance device and an image formation apparatus which perform skew correction of a recording medium with high accuracy even when the recording medium is conveyed to the position of a holding roller in the state where the tip of the recording medium is vertically inclined.SOLUTION: After the tip of a recording medium P conveyed with a nip in the contact state as the target position along a lower guide plate 121 (guide member) passes through the position of a holding roller 31 by rotating the holding roller 31 in the state of being separated so as to face the skewed recording medium P from a reference position by second drive means 63, 81-84, 98, the holding roller 31 is rotated so as to be returned to the reference position while holding and conveying the recording medium P by bringing the holding roller 31 into contact state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13 |
