PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tray dishing-up method of sliced meat and a device thereof, capable of smoothly dishing up sliced meat on a selling small tray, even if the sliced meat provided by simultaneously thinly cutting a plurality of small meat masses is large in an outside dimension when being sliced at once.SOLUTION: A tray dishing-up method of sliced meat using a tray dishing-up device thereof and the tray dishing-up device are provided. The tray dishing-up device comprises a belt conveyor 11 for receiving the sliced meat, a supply device 13 of a tray 12 for dishing up the sliced meat, and a roller 10 which is provided in the vicinity of the tail end part of the belt conveyor 11 and travels in a direction opposite to the travelling direction of the belt conveyor 11 in a state of being close to or being in contact with a transfer surface of the belt conveyor 11. The belt conveyor 11 is arranged so as to travel substantially orthogonally to the cutting-out direction of the sliced meat, and dishes up the sliced meat on the tray 12 by reducing a width dimension B of the sliced meat to a dimension (b). |
