PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a tape-like RE-based oxide superconducting wire in which a superconduction raw material solution can be applied to a base material by a desired film thickness, and a superconducting characteristic is excellent.SOLUTION: An application apparatus 10 applies a raw material solution of an oxide superconducting material to a surface of a composite substrate 25 that is a base material that consecutively travels. The application apparatus 10 includes a bar coater 11 that applies a raw material solution to a surface of the composite substrate 25, and in the bar coater 11, a groove 112 is formed in a travel direction of the composite substrate 25. A composite substrate 25 travels on the bar coater 11, thereby a superconduction raw material solution in the groove 112 is applied. |
