Disclosed are a self-locking fixing device and an antenna assembly. The self-locking fixing device comprises: an inner core (10), configured to comprise a nail head (110) and a nail stem (111) extending away from the nail head (110); and a sleeve (114), configured to comprise a nail head sleeve (124) and a nail stem sleeve (125) extending away from the nail head sleeve (124), wherein at least two elastic clamping members (121) are further provided on a side wall of the nail head sleeve (124). When the inner core (10) is assembled with the sleeve (114), the nail head (110) is inside the nail head sleeve (124), the nail stem (111) is inside the nail stem sleeve (125), clamping parts of the elastic clamping members (121) are engaged with an upper surface of the nail head (110) to clamp the nail head (110) in the nail head sleeve (124). The self-locking fixing device can realize a good fixing function, and when used in an antenna, the device can improve the PIM and VSWR performance of the antenna, and also lower the rework rate and manufacturing costs. |
