FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to ophthalmology. Elastic intraocular lens (IOL) comprises: from the main lens which contains optical part and two diametrically opposed petal of haptic plate elements with area of bending. Length of the haptic elements exceeds the size of the posterior leaf of lens capsule, and the area of bending haptic elements is removed from the optical part of the lens and is configured to uniformly stretch the capsular sac of the lens in the equatorial area and in an anteroposterior direction; and additional lenses or their parts located on one longitudinal axis of symmetry with the optical part of the main IOL and which are fixed in the area of a distal end of at least one of the main IOL haptic elements by means of detachable connection, ensuring controlled movement of the additional lens along the longitudinal axis of symmetry of the IOL and/or about its rotation axis and central optical axis of the IOL, and which has the possibility during the bending of IOL haptic elements to stay for additional lens in front of the optical part of the main IOL, in parallel with its plane with partial or complete its coverage for summation of optical power of the lenses in their overlap zone and provide further correction.EFFECT: use of the IOL ensures simultaneous aphakial correction for near and far thresholds, to preserve the shape of KMH and ligamentous apparatus.4 cl, 3 dwg |
