PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas-barrier packaging material that exhibits high oxygen barrier properties and water vapor barrier properties even if an inorganic vapor-deposited layer is not disposed.SOLUTION: A gas-barrier packaging material 10 includes a barrier layer 3. When an infrared absorption spectrum of the barrier layer 3 is measured, a ratio (α/β) of a maximum peak height (β) of light absorption within a range of 1490-1659 cmand a maximum peak height (α) of light absorption within a range of 1300-1490 cmis 0.6 or more, a ratio (β/γ) of a maximum peak height (γ) of light absorption within a range of 1660-1750 cmand the maximum peak height (β) is 1.0 or more, and the ammonia content is 2000 μg or less per 100 cm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
