The present specification relates to a novel peptide and a composition containing the same. More particularly, disclosed are: a novel peptide exhibiting anti-inflammatory, anti-fibrotic, and wound healing effects and an anti-cancer prevention and treatment effect; and a composition containing the same. Disclosed in the present specification are the novel peptide and the composition containing the same, which exhibit an effect of alleviating, preventing, and treating inflammation, fibrosis, wounds, and symptoms, including the symptoms, of diseases such as cancer, thereby enabling a method for preventing and treating related diseases to be provided. |
