Disclosed is a user device for notifying a base station of a combination of carriers capable of a carrier aggregation. One aspect of the present invention is a user device having a transmitting/receiving unit for transmitting and receiving a wireless signal to and from a base station, and a capability information notification unit for notifying the base station of capability information, which expresses a combination of carriers capable of a carrier aggregation along with the bandwidth of each carrier, wherein the capability information notification unit provides a notification indicating that all carrier combinations expressed in the capability information are capable of the carrier aggregation. |
