<p>This invention relates to thermosetting powder coatings formulated with a polyisocyanate and a blend of a hydroxylated polyester resin having a low hydroxyl number and a hydroxylated resin based on tris(hydroxyethyl)isocyanurate having a high hydroxyl number. Powder coatings from this blend exhibit high hardness and good caking stability.</p>
