PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital camera that can surely recognize an abnormal finish of interval photographing. SOLUTION: At application of a battery power supply 66, a CPU 32 discriminates whether or not a temporary area exists in a magneto-optical disk 42 and whether or not a nonvolatile interval counter 32a indicates '0'. When the temporary area exists, it is discriminated that the interval moving picture photographing is abnormally finished. When no temporary area exists and the interval counter 32a indicates a value higher than '0', it is discriminated that the interval still picture photographing is abnormally finished. In this case, a monitor 30 displays a warning message. |
