The invention relates to a breast prosthesis which is made from a material that is widely known as silicon. The inventive prosthesis comprises a body ( 1) that is trabecular or provided with micro-cells (3), which may or may not ha ve a cover (2). The prosthesis serves to eliminate the risk of tears and the ri sk of extravasation of the internal liquid. According to the invention, the prosthesis is provided with a smaller density, and therefore a lighter weigh t, than standard prostheses and the problems of ptosis are eliminated.
