The present invention relates to a wireless alert apparatus and a wireless alert system and a wireless alert method thereof. The wireless alert apparatus according to the present invention includes a communication part for performing communication with an external information processing apparatus; a sensing part for sensing a distance between the wireless alert apparatus and the information processing apparatus; and a control part which generates an alert when the distance sensed by the sensing part is equal to or above a pre-established value, and transmits a command signal for information processing to the information processing apparatus when the sensed distance is less than the pre-established value. By this, the wireless alert apparatus can transmit an emergency signal to the information processing apparatus in case of emergency, can prevent loss of a portable information processing apparatus, can perform a function of a remote controller transmitting the command signal to the external information processing apparatus, and can transmit accurate position information of a user to a server.
