<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare forecast energy load data capable of expediting energy saving even when an actual data is not stored. <P>SOLUTION: An actual energy load data for each unit time is sorted in the sequence of time passage and for each control period grouped by the preset minutes. There are provided an actual data storage 52a which stores the actual energy load data for the each control period by periodically corresponding to the sequence of the time passage with making the control period of the preset minutes a sorted frequency and a preset data storage 52s which stores preset default energy load data corresponding to the control period. If the actual energy load data is not stored in the actual data storage 52a, a forecast data preparation device 53 prepares the forecast energy load data corresponding to the first control period based on the default energy load data, and prepares the forecast energy load data corresponding to the subsequent control period based on the actual energy load data in the previous control period. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
