<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power cable line capable of easily supplying electric power to various power apparatuses used for operation of a line in a direct current transmission electric line. <P>SOLUTION: This power cable line is provided with power cables 1g, 1r, 1p, 1m, 1n performing direct current transmission, an alternating current superimposing part 2 superimposing an alternating current component to the cables, and a branch power source part 3 deriving electric power induced by the superimposed alternating current component from the power cables.
