PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a member for excellently sealing a plurality of spaces from external environment when connecting the spaces isolated from external space to the external space. SOLUTION: The seal member includes: an annular main body, an inner circumferential lip projected from a ring inner circumference of the main body, and an outer circumferential lip projected from a ring outer circumference of the main body. The inner circumferential lip is shaped to be an O-ring deformable in a projection direction, and the outer circumferential lip is structured to be deformable in a direction different from the extension direction in response to a pressure of a region to be sealed.
