PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a tire reinforcing rubber sheet without broken sites in a cord embedded therein by a series of continuous steps. SOLUTION: The tire reinforcing rubber sheet without the broken sites in the cord is produced by the series of continuous steps as follows. A twisting processing step 100, a preforming step 200 of bending the cord twisted in the twisting processing step into a zigzag form or a U-shaped form with a prescribed width on one plane and forming a planar cord body and a rubber sheet producing step 300 of nipping the cord body with an upper and a lower sheet-like rubber bodies and composing the rubber sheet are continuously arranged.
