PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper feed roller 1 capable of maintaining satisfactory paper feed for long period of time since initial physical properties of an inner layer 6 and an outer layer 8 constituting a cylindrical roller body 3 are set to be preset design values and an intermediate layer 7 reliably prevents movement of components between the two layers, so that the physical properties of the two layers are not significantly changed from the initial ones and components moved from the inner layer to the outer layer are not bled or do not bloom at an outer peripheral surface of the outer layer.SOLUTION: The intermediate layer 7 is formed on an outer peripheral surface of the inner layer 6 by winding a non-porous and continuous plastic film 9 cylindrically. |
