<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap in which a sealing performance is held even if an inner pressure is increased through a high temperature sterilization and the like and a difference between a rotary angle (a bridge brake angle) where a breakage at a bridge part of TE band is started and a rotary angle where the inner pressure is released (a leak angle) is low. <P>SOLUTION: This is a plastic cap comprising a skirt having a top plate and a threaded part at the inner surface suspended from the peripheral edge of the top plate, a plastic cap shell comprised of a damper evident band integrally formed at the lower end of the skirt through a weakened part and a liner. The liner has an outer seal at an outer peripheral edge so as to make a seal contact with an outer peripheral surface of an opening part of the container and the extremity end of the opening part of the container, wherein an annular thick wall seal extending from the inner peripheral surface of the outer seal inwardly and the seal surface of the annular thick wall seal part is formed into a tapered surface of which thickness is increased from the outer periphery toward the inner periphery. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
