The invention relates to a brassiere cup consisting of at least one textile part (2) reinforced by a rib (3) extending in an arch in the lower region of the cup (1), one end of said rib extending upwards and joining the upper outer side (6) of the cup. The invention is characterised in that said end is covered, from the inner side of the cup (1), by a localised pad (20) fixed to the cup.
