<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image output apparatus capable of significantly reducing power consumption as required, preventing frame missing and image irregularities, and decoding and outputting image data consisting of a plurality of components that have been decoded in decoding processes indipendently from other components. <P>SOLUTION: If an output voltage value of a battery 110 rises beyond a specified value, a control part 108 turns on a switch 1043, and connects a switch 1048 to a terminal B, operating all components of a moving image processing part 104. If the output voltage value of the battery 110 drops beyond the specified value, the control part 108 turns off the switch 1043, connects the switch 1048 to a terminal A, and stops a color difference re-constituting part 1044, a color difference filter part 1046, and a color space conversion part 1047 of the moving image processing part 104, to operate other components. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
