PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heat-to-electricity conversion efficiency in a thermoelectric conversion device. SOLUTION: The thermoelectric conversion device includes a thermoelectric module 21 in which a plurality of thermoelectric elements are arranged, and a heat receiving portion 22 which has a heat receiving plane 221 facing a heat source and at the same time absorbs radiant heat from the heat source and transmits it to the thermoelectric module 21, wherein the heat receiving plane 221 of the heat receiving portion 22 is made to be a rough surface.
