A housing (8) includes a first circuit board (22), on which a reference potential pattern (32) is formed and electronic components are mounted, and further includes a case (24). The case (24) includes a conduction part (38), which is disposed on the first circuit board (22) to be conductive with the reference potential pattern (32) and which covers the foregoing electronic components. The case (24) further includes a non-conduction part (40) having no conductivity. An antenna (50), which is formed in the non-conduction part (40), is isolated from the conduction part (38) and fed with a power from the first circuit board (22).
