The said industrial design consists of the shape, configuration and ornamentation of the brush for a vacuum cleaner as shown in the attached drawings; the brush for a vacuum cleaner has a generally cylindrical short end element which merges through a larger first generally cylindrical transition element situated at an obtuse angle to the end element; the first transition element merges into a curved generally cylindrical elbow-like element which in turn merges into a larger second generally cylindrical transition element; the second transition element merges into the end of the curved top surface of a brush element which has a shoe-like appearance in side view; the brush element has a beveled lower and outer edge which has a series of generally identical and generally equally spaced-apart groups of bristle-like elements extending downwards and outwards therefrom from adjacent the lower periphery of the brush element; the elbow-like element has two generally identical series of arcuate generally equally spaced-apart ridges having flat side surfaces extending upwards from the upper surface thereof adjacent the ends of the elbow-like element; the arcuate ridges decrease in size away from the adjacent transition element; the ends of each transition element adjacent opposite ends of the elbow-like element has a rounded outer edge.Representations of the design are shown in the figures wherein:Fig. 1 is a front perspective view of the design of the brush for a vacuum cleaner;Fig. 2 is a top plan view thereof;Fig. 3 is a bottom view thereof;Fig. 4 is a left side elevation view thereof;Fig. 5 is a right side elevation view thereof;Fig. 6 is a front elevation view thereof; andFig. 7 is a rear elevation view thereof.Diagrams of the design are included.
