<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing with a simple and inexpensive structure, capable of effectively preventing intrusion of foreign matter, by improving sealability, and improving the strength of core metal, without being restrained on arrangement of a seal lip, and without receiving influence of centrifugal force on a rotary wheel side. <P>SOLUTION: This rolling bearing is composed of a first seal member 80 fixedly provided in a rotating outer ring 16 and including an annular ring part 87 constituted by covering the core metal 82 with an elastic member 84, and a second seal member 90 fixedly provided in a resting inner ring 14, including an annular ring part 96 constituted by covering core metal 92 formed in a waveform shape with an elastic member 94 and oppositely arranging the annular ring part 96 to the annular ring part 87 of the first seal member 80.
