METHOD FOR PRODUCING MATURITY-INDUCED DENDRITIC CELL FOR TRANSPLANT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a maturity-induced dendritic cell for transplant.

SOLUTION: After an immature dendritic cell is sowed on the surface of a substrate material coated with a polymer in which the upper or lower critical solubilization temperature to water is 0-80 °C to allow the cell to be induced into a matured dendritic cell by using at least picibanil, the matured dendritic cell is removed by allowing the temperature of the culture solution to change higher than the upper critical solubilization temperature or lower than the lower critical solubilization temperature without performing an enzymatic treatment.
