PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent injury when a finger tip touches a cutting blade in cutting an adhesive tape, provide a good feeling of response in tearing, and enable the adhesive tape to be cut with a light force while forming a neat torn surface.SOLUTION: A tape dispenser comprises a tape cutter 13 for cutting an adhesive tape. The tape cutter comprises a bottom wall face 14a, front and rear wall faces 14b, 14c, left and right side wall faces 14d, 14e, and a top wall face 14f facing the bottom wall face. A tape cutting blade 13 is formed on the top wall face 14f. The tape cutting blade 13 comprises: a front face 15provided with a projection 15which is sharpened at an angle θ1 at a top edge center of the front wall face; a holding face 15inclined downward at an angle θ4 from the projection toward the rear wall face 14c; and left and right inclined side faces 15inclined downward at an angle θ3 from the projection toward the left and right side wall faces 14d, 14e.
