PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a new operation method of drying equipment in which dried products of a desired moisture value can be obtained by a predetermined volume, as technical issues.SOLUTION: An operation method of drying equipment is characterized by: measuring a moisture value of an object D to be dried and a moisture value of a dried product D1; setting a wet mode of the object to be dried according to the moisture value of the object D to be dried; alternatively, setting a caloric mode applied to the object to be dried according to the moisture value of the dried product D1; and selecting an inlet temperature set value of a hot air G1 supplied to a drying machine 5 and a damper opening degree to regulate the amount of combustion air supplied to a hot blast stove 3, which are pre-set corresponding to these wet mode of the object to be dried and the caloric mode. |
