PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device capable of cooling at least one location in an area from a head to a neck extremely well even through intermittent operation.SOLUTION: A cooling device 10 comprises: a cooling section 20 which contacts a neck JA of an occupant J and stores a liquid cooling medium W therein; and a body section 30 which sends the cooled cooling medium W to the cooling section 20. When a temperature of the cooling medium W stored in a water reservoir 31 is higher than a target temperature, the cooling device performs control to cool the stored cooling medium W with a cooling unit 33 by closing an opening/closing valve 35. When the temperature of the cooling medium W becomes not more than the target temperature, the cooling device opens the opening/closing valve 35 to circulate the cooling medium W to the cooling section 20 through a circulation route 40. |
