The present invention relates to an exterior panel structure of a building and a construction method thereof. The construction method of the exterior panel structure of a building comprises: a step a) of vertically positioning square pipes on the outer wall of a building in a latticed shape; a step b) of fixing multiple perpendicular brackets in a longitudinal direction along the square pipes; a step c) of inserting support bodies into the support body insertion grooves of the perpendicular brackets; a step d) of inserting protruding decoration rims into the middle protruding parts protruding from the center of the support bodies; a step e) of arranging the top bent surface of an exterior panel to come in contact with the bottom surface of the middle protruding parts of the support bodies, and riveting the top bent surface of the exterior panel and the middle protruding parts; a step f) of inserting the bottom bent surface of a new exterior panel into the middle protruding parts riveted in the bottom, arranging the top bent surface of the exterior panel to come in contact with the bottom surface of the middle protruding parts of the support bodies, and riveting the top bent surface of the exterior panel and the middle protruding parts; and a step g) of repeating the step f). Thus, the present invention reduces processes as a welding work is not required when the exterior panel is installed. |
