The present invention relates to an antioxidant composition containing Aronia extract and a preparation method thereof. An antioxidant composition containing Aronia extract, according to one example of the present invention, contains Aronia extract and has a superior antioxidant effect. Also, despite containing Aronia extract, the antioxidant composition containing Aronia extract does not give an astringent taste but has high palatability, and excellent flavor and aroma. A preparation method of the antioxidant composition containing Aronia extract, according to another example of the present invention, can prepare an antioxidant composition containing Aronia extract and having high antioxidant effect. |
