The present invention relates to a method for preparing dried vegetables by drying individual vegetables using a dryer, to a dried vegetable mixture prepared by the preparing method, and to a natural seasoning completed by pulverizing the dried vegetable mixture alone or in mixture. The emphasis is on: a preparing method wherein, when rice is cooked so as to easily take nutrients of respective vegetables, dried vegetables are completed so as to be put together with rice in a rice cooker, by washing the respective vegetables, cutting the vegetables for convenient intake, and then drying the vegetables using a dryer according to the drying conditions; a dried vegetable mixture prepared by the preparing method; and a natural seasoning completed by pulverizing the dried vegetable mixture. Therefore, the present invention relates to a method for preparing a dried vegetable mixture, a dried vegetable mixture prepared by the preparing method, and a natural seasoning using the dried vegetable mixture, wherein when rice is cooked, the dried vegetable mixture is put together with the rice in a rice cooker, and thus, takers can easily nutrients of the respective vegetables while eating the cooked rice; if children or old persons take the dried vegetable mixture for a long period of time, the immunity against the frequently generated diseases, such as colds and constipation, can be increased; the respective vegetables are completely dried or dried to have the minimal moisture content, so the respective vegetables can be stored; the respective vegetables are mixed and used according to the liking of the takers, thereby increasing the efficiency of the dried vegetables; and licorice is dried at the same time when the respective vegetables are dried, thereby detoxifying the respective vegetables and preserve the taste and ingredients for a long period of time. |
