The present invention relates to a cooling and heating system of a building using underground wind. The cooling and heating system of a building using underground wind comprises: an underground space unit having a predetermined volume and provided in an underground space of a building to generate underground wind; a main large blower provided in the underground space unit for generating underground wind and enabling the underground wind inside the underground space unit for generating underground wind to circulate; and a hollow column for guiding underground wind, having a through-hole which is elongated from the underground space unit for generating underground wind to an upper portion of the building, has an inner hollow portion, corresponds to each floor, and is formed on a side wall, wherein the underground wind inside the underground space unit for generating underground wind flows toward each floor of the building through the through-hole. |
