The present invention provides a cooling and heating system using new and renewable energy as a main heat source wherein a conventional boiler and a heat pump are fused and mixed, wherein the heat pump is a main heat source, and the boiler is an auxiliary heat source to perform cooling and heating in a building. In case of heating, renewable energy such as air heat, water heat, and waste heat and exhaust gas generated in the boiler can be used for an evaporation heat source. |
