PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant tissue treatment agent and a plant tissue treatment method capable of decomposing a plant tissue without using a large-scale treatment device.SOLUTION: Provided is a plant tissue treatment agent added to a plant tissue to promote the decomposition extraction step of the plant tissue, and uses either lithium hydroxide or sodium hydroxide or their combination as the main agent. By adding the plant tissue treatment agent to a plant tissue, the decomposition step of the plant tissue and the extraction step of substance derived from plant are promoted. After the decomposition extraction step of the plant tissue, a separation step of separating water soluble components and oil soluble components can be provided. As the plant tissue, wood, herb, plant piece residue included in a pulp liquid extracted from a paper making process or the like can be given. Further, substance derived from plant such as cellulose obtained by the decomposition of the plant tissue is included on the immersion liquid side and the plant tissue residue side. As the utilization of the cellulose, by using cellulase, the obtaining of glucose can be attained.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
