PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dummy case for making it unnecessary to use a lock box for exposing a mounting hole insertion hole to the prepared hole opening of a door surface.SOLUTION: The dummy case comprises: a mounting plate 22 being a slender plate-like body having almost the same dimension and shape as the front plate of a lock box, which is attachably/detachably mounted on a lock box opening of the free side end edge of a door, and mounted with a grip 23 at an external surface side; and a pair of sleeve plates 27 being a pair of plate-like bodies with one sides connected to the side end edge sections of the mounting plate 22, which are parallel with each other and with the side plates of the lock box, and formed with a plurality of open reference holes 33. A positional relationship between the developed patterns of the reference holes 33 in each sleeve plate 27 and the mounting plate 22 is set to be same as a positional relationship between the front plate of the lock box and a mounting hole insertion hole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
