PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker which performs hot air cooking and enables a ventilation fan motor to be cooled at high efficiency while inhibiting enlargement of a product dimension.SOLUTION: In a heating cooker 10, a ventilation fan 70 and a ventilation fan motor 71 are arranged in a first arrangement space 41 along a first wall surface 31E of a cooking chamber 37 of a space 40 formed between an exterior case 11 and a wall of the cooking chamber 37.
