PURPOSE: A vertical aligned LCD having an optical visual angle is to etch a transparent conductive film for forming a slit pattern and to control an azimuth of a liquid molecule. CONSTITUTION: A vertical aligned LCD comprises: a vertical aligned film(3) formed on substrates(1,2); a liquid crystal(3) injected between vertical aligned film(3); a slit pattern(7) formed on the substrate, wherein a liquid molecule between adjacent slit patterns has a twisted structure in a left direction and a twisted structure in a right direction when a voltage over a threshold is charged to a liquid layer, and the angle between the slit pattern(7) and a rubbing direction(14) is a lower than 30°C. Thereby, an yield rate and a productivity are increased.
