PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a radio LAN conference system without causing increase in equipment expenses of a conference hall and imposing burdens on participants for setting a network. SOLUTION: Terminals 11 (2) to 11 (n) for network conference to be constituted by mounting a network I/F card 1 on information terminals are provided, the card 1 is provided with a connecting means to connect the information terminals with a radio LAN, a deciding means to decide whether the information terminals are defined as hosts or clients of the radio LAN, a setting means to request setting information necessary for setting network to connect the information terminals with the radio LAN to the hosts and to set the network by using the setting information transmitted from the host based on a fact that the information terminals are defined as the clients and a processing means to transmit the requested setting information to the clients and to transmit data for presentation to the clients who complete network setting based on a fact that the information terminals are defines as the hosts.
