PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accelerate the processing of an interruption request and to reduce power consumption. SOLUTION: Queue slave parts 201, 202, 203 and 204 express queue IDs corresponding to the factors of the plural interruption requests as the binary form of n bits by n signal lines of a queue bus 1 and successively transmit them from a peripheral chip to a CPU (queue master part 10) in a time division manner. For instance, the queue bus 1 is constituted of five signal lines and thus, the queue ID is expressed as the information of the binary form of five bits.
