PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an operation stroke to be constant without increasing the kinds of operating portions irrespective of an error in assembling them into the fixed side. SOLUTION: An interrupter includes a differential case 3, an inner case 5, a pair of side gears 7, 9 and a pinion gear 11. The interrupter also includes a movable ring 31 supported movably in the differential case 3 so as to connect the differential case 3 and the inner case 5 so that they can rotate in cooperation with each other and so as to release them from the connection, and an actuating mechanism 41 which is driven by an electric motor to move the movable ring 31. A mount ring 39 positioned in the direction along the rotational axis and capable of relative rotation is provided on the differential case 3.
