MANUFACTURING METHOD OF WINDOW ASSEMBLY AND WINDOW PANEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply remove a material flowing connection part after a shielding member or the like is molded while enhancing adhesive coating workability at the time of production of a window assembly and the adhesion quality of respective adhesion scheduled regions. SOLUTION: An adhesive is continuously and uniformly applied to the adhesion scheduled region S1 of the shielding member 15 on the rear side of a window panel 12 and the adhesion scheduled region S2 of a positioning fixing means 18 and a holding part 20 so that the adhesive layers 31 and 32 of both adhesion scheduled regions S1 and S2 are continued through an adhesive continuous region S3. Thereafter, the window panel 12 and the positioning fixing means 18 are set to the inside of an injection mold and a polymer material is injected in the injection mold to fill the same. By this method, the shielding member 15 and the holding part 20 are molded into the shape connected by a material flowing connection part 42 formed at a position other than the adhesive continuous region S3 to be bonded and fixed to the rear surface of the window panel 12 through the respective adhesive layers 31 and 32.
