PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely extract program information along liking of a user.

SOLUTION: An apparatus is provided with a program information acquisition part 11 for acquiring a group of program information including the program information showing the attribute of each broadcasting program, a user data storage apparatus 17 storing prescribed vocabulary correlating information to which at least information for extraction is correlated with respect to each genre information when setting information showing the genre of a broadcasting program to be the genre information, a decision part 20 for deciding whether the acquired program information contains information for extraction and the genre information correlated with the information for extraction based on the prescribed vocabulary correlating information, and an information extraction part 19 for extracting the obtained program information from the group of program information when the decision part 20 decides that the information for extraction and the genre information correlated with the information for extraction are contained.
