A piping structure for a vehicle battery has the battery attached to a hybrid vehicle so as not to be movable relative to the vehicle, and also has a gas discharge hose (31) connected to the battery and leading hydrogen gas discharged from the battery to the outside of the vehicle. The gas discharge hose (31) has an inner wall (32) defining a space (35) where the hydrogen gas flows. The inner wall (32) is formed in a shape with ridges and grooves. Even if an external force is applied to the piping structure, a gas flow is less likely to be interrupted.
