<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform speed control and constant output control of a direct-current motor without using a speed sensor. <P>SOLUTION: In a speed control device of a rotating electrical machine which uses a direct-current motor DM, uses a mounted battery as a power supply, and perform chopper control without using the speed sensor; an estimated speed is obtained according to a motor voltage and current on the basis of a motor block diagram and a field current is calculated by the estimated speed to enable constant output control. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
